is the Co-Author of Leading While Female: A Culturally Proficient Response for Gender Equity. She is a fierce advocate for ensuring women are positioned to move into executive leadership roles – including a special focus on women of color. Stacie was recently selected to serve as the Superintendent in the southwest metro of the Twin Cities in MN. Dr. Stanley has served in a variety of education roles including math teacher, school principal, director of curriculum, assessment and instruction & prior to her recent appointment she served as the associate superintendent of Eden Prairie Schools.

She earned a doctorate degree from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she researched the impact of intercultural development on K-6 administrative leadership practice. Dr. Stanley served as a contributing author for the text Innovative Voices in Education: Engaging diverse communities (2012). Stacie also serves as a Senior Training Associate at the Center for Culturally Proficient Educational Practice, and doctoral program adjunct faculty member and advisor at Bethel University in Minnesota. serves as Director of Human Resources, and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Belleville Township High School District 201. She is also an adjunct professor for Webster University in Webster Groves, MO. Dr. Warren has over 18 years’ experience in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, associate principal, and coordinator of administrative services. Dr. Warren has extensive experience in improving staff and student relations, applying school law, and ensuring all stakeholders feel part of the educational team.

Dr. Warren is also a consultant and co-facilitator for Midwest Collaborative for Cultural Proficiency in Schools. Dr. Warren received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University (2003), M.A. in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University (2005), an Ed.S. from Lindenwood University (2009), and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University (2019).

serves as the Administrator of Equity & Student Services for Visalia Unified School District. He is responsible for helping to create an equitable and inclusive learning environment where EVERY student has access to the opportunities, resources and supports to help them reach their full academic and social potential. His hope is to facilitate systemic change that promotes agency and empowers voice, removes barriers, eliminates gaps in student outcomes, and increases learning outcomes for EVERY student. By engaging in ongoing dialogue and reflection, he hopes to ensure that an inclusive environment is created and sustained where students, staff, and community value diversity and feel a sense of significance and belonging. He believes in empowering and uplifting youth voices and helping to inspire our youth to lead change.

Having people in his life who empowered him and believed in his potential inspired him to go on to college and earn his master’s degree in Counseling Student Services & Administrative Credential in Educational Leadership from Fresno State, where he is also enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Education Leadership. is the principal at University City High School (UCHS) in University City, MO.  He has more than four years of experience as a high school administrator and ten years of experience in mathematics instruction at all levels. He is dedicated to continuous improvement; a concept he became familiar with while working as an industrial engineer. “My personal philosophy is geared toward continuous improvement of all things around you and that’s particularly important when your job is in education.” Within a school, Peoples said you can’t afford to sit still, “…there is perpetual opportunity to improve.”

Peoples graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla; an Honors Program student with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management with a technology emphasis. He later earned mathematics and principal certifications and master’s degrees in both School Administration and Teaching from Lindenwood University. He’s presently working toward a doctorate at Saint Louis University.

is currently Executive Officer of the Equity and Access Department in Fresno Unified School District. As a former teacher, instructional coach, vice principal, principal, and executive director, Andrew has a plethora of educational experiences from which to launch into new learning and make meaningful connections. Andrew currently works to connect data and assessment fluency to Culturally Proficient practices through a variety of collaborative avenues both in and outside of the school district.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Andrew found his way to California after graduating from Marquette University. After several years teaching and coaching, Andrew continued learning through a Masters at California State University, Bakersfield. Andrew earned his doctorate from Fresno State University with an emphasis on performance-based systems of assessment in order to better understand student successes and areas for growth.
